Her compression is good (pistons, gaskets, & cylinders are new, if we are to believe this guy), the plugs are sparking (a bit weakly, but it should be enough), and we've confirmed that fuel is making it to the engine (it spits out if we kick her over with the plugs out). A bad ignition or interrupter is pretty much the only thing left that could really be wrong. After 5 months in the shop, I'd expect the bike to start on the third kick. But ignition is a faily simple thing. It's a mixture of gas, oxygen, and spark.
