REENACTMENT PHOTOGRAPHY

I’ve been a reenactor for 15 years, and reenactments remain one of my favourite photographic subjects. Shooting reenactments offers me the chance to practice combat photography without the danger of actual bullets flying around, as well as the opportunity to document a subculture not often seen by most of society. Reenactors are generally more than happy to be in the sights of my camera, whether in the heat of battle or in more formalized portraits.
