I should be at my family’s house in Texas right now.

Unfortunately, the DC area is having something of an OMGSNOWPOCALYPSE (I’d like to note that the auto-complete on my computer and iphone recognizes the word “snowpocalyse”.  That’s awesome.), and as such, virtually all flights out of the three area airports have been cancelled, including mine.

Thankfully, I have been able to secure a flight out tomorrow evening, but I’m still going to be missing a day and a half of time at home.  It’s not the end of the world, but it is annoying.

In the meantime, it’s been nice to just lay here in bed with Marc and the kitties, watching the blizzard roar away outside.  We’re going to go and have a snowball fight sometime later.  It’s truly a snow day.

And now, it’s time for a breakfast burrito.
